New Bylaws

posted Aug 28, 2016, 11:22 AM by Admin Admin

The Board of Directors, members, and volunteers from the greater community have embarked on a journey of updating, preserving, and protecting the mission of the organization.  This has encompassed necessary work on the building itself, updating displays, and creating policies and procedures for guidance and a framework to work within.

The Board took action by hiring attorney Elliott J. Ehrenreich of Know McLaughlin Gornall & Sennet, P.C. to update the bylaws so that they accurately reflect our existence as in incorporated, non-profit organization.  On August 22, 2016, we presented the bylaws for the member's consideration; the vote was unanimous in accepting them.
