Webhooks

A webhook is an API concept that's growing in popularity.A webhook (also called a web callback or HTTP push API) is a way for an app to provide other applications with real-time information. A webhook delivers data to other applications as it happens, meaning you get data immediately.

Depending on when the data is pushed, webhooks can be of 2 types

Post call webhook

Pre call webhook

They are referred to as reverse api’s

Assignment:

1.Select a group and add the webhooks from the customization.

2.Activate the webhook and fill in the mandatory fields.

3.Apply the webhook by adding the call action to a tracking number.
