Reporting

In this section we will be covering the Reporting in CFA, Legacy Reports and Reporting Suite. Scheduled Reports and Scheduled Legacy Reports both will be covered as we move ahead in training.

Brief overview:

Level 3 TSRs do have access to login and build custom reports. However, SQL knowledge is needed to do this and data is limited in correlation of the data within the database. (Based on user access/permissions) Users can access up to 14 different reports from the dropdown on the reports page.

Legacy reports only has three sections to select from (all of which are able to be found in the new reporting suite as well), Call Details (Call Logs), Group Activity, and Tracking Number Settings.

Whether you select Reports or Legacy Reports, data will populate based on the user access model, NOT by the Breadcrumb.
