Data Access Model

A core feature of the Convirza platform is the flexible data management and access model. By creating Sub-Groups, Users, Campaigns, and Tracking Numbers, you can:

• Organize data

• Give other users appropriate access.

Call data is organized using Groups, Campaigns, and Tracking Numbers. Users given access to Groups will have access to all the call data from the Campaigns and Tracking Numbers associated with that Group.


The breadcrumb is represented on all pages that have settings that are tied to your Sub-Groups. The Reports section does not have the breadcrumb. You should use filters to narrow down results on reports.
