Who was John Wycliffe? Who also arrived with him? Find out as much information as you can about them.

Find a picture of his ship. Describe it fully. What would the trip to New Zealand from England have been like? Describe.

Write up what you learnt from Mrs Annan on Monday 15 November about Pirihaka.

Find out about Kupe. Write a story about him coming to New Zealand.

How were these wars different from when Maori fought Maori? Remember to add in all the elements of 'warfare' already discussed last term. Name as many aspects that you can think of that made these altercations different when European had influence.
