About

ABOUT THE FOUNDATION

In 2009, the Clarion-Limestone Area School District developed a Citizens Advisory Committee. The Chairperson, Mrs. Beth Lyle, asked the School Board for authority to establish a foundation to benefit public education in the Clarion-Limestone Area School District. The School Board granted permission and a Foundation Committee was established. Mrs. Rebecca Reed and Ms. Melissa Daugherty were appointed to work on the project and develop the mission of the new organization. The Clarion-Limestone Area Scholastic Foundation was born.

The Clarion-Limestone Area Scholastic Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, vested with enhancing the education of the Clarion-Limestone Area School District students.
