4.3.15.  The Information Management NCO will: 

• Report directly to the Squadron 1 First Sergeant

• Publish the agenda for cadet staff meetings

• Record attendance for cadet staff meetings

• Capture meeting minutes and identified tasks/suspenses

• Input promotions and awards/decorations orders into WINGS as directed by the Squadron Commanders

• Execute other assignments as directed by the AFJROTC instructors and the cadet corps chain of command
