4.3.1.  The Group Commander will: 

• Be responsible for the appearance, discipline, effectiveness, conduct, and operations of the Cadet Corps

• Communicate with cadets-in-charge of events/projects and monitor their progress

• Schedule, develop agenda for, and lead cadet staff meetings

• Provide recommendations to AFJROTC instructors for cadet staff positions, flight leadership positions, LDR team commanders, and awards/decorations 

• Establish cadet corps goals in collaboration with the Cadet Staff

• Input cadet corps goals into WINGS

• Lead the Cadet of the Month Selection Board

• Provide the Unit Mission Briefing during the annual Unit Assessment 

• Attend Booster Club meetings

• Oversee LDR teams

• Execute other assignments as directed by the AFJROTC instructors
