This guide outlines the steps required to set up and configure Warehouse functionality in TrakIT.
Step 1: Warehouse Setup
Navigation:
Admin > Masters > Warehouses & Yards
The Warehouse can be set up by a SysAdmin or the TrakIT Support Team.
Other users can view the settings if the permissions are enabled under Role Management. (Section: Admin > Masters > View Warehouses & Yards)

Step 2: Item Setup
Navigation:
Operations > Warehouses > Item Masters
By default, the system includes the "General" item category/type.
If you need additional item categories or types, please connect with the TrakIT Support Team.

Step 3: Workflow (WF) Setup
Navigation:
Admin > Workflow Definitions
a. Operations Section
WF > Edit > Operations
Set which types of transactions should be enabled for this workflow.
Define any validation or action to be triggered on commit (i.e., finalizing the transaction).
b. WH & Yards Tab
WF > WH & Yards
Select the Warehouses to be enabled for this workflow.
Specify which Item Categories/Types should be available.

c. WO Tabs
WF > WO Tabs
Tick the checkbox for "Items" to make the Items tab visible in the Work Order (WO).
Step 4: Adding / Committing Items
Navigation:
Operations > Jobs > WO > Items Tab
i. For Adding:
Select the Warehouse and Transaction Type.
Fill in the required details in the popup window.
Note: For Outbound Transactions, you can add items based on:
Storage
Transaction
Customer
To outbound specific items linked to an Inbound transaction, select the "By Transaction" option.
ii. For Committing:
Click on the Commit Items button
iii. You can view transaction details under:
Operations > Warehouses > Transactions
