Children's Museum Field Trip Note
Our class will be attending Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum on February 12th. Chaperones will be needed. A hard copy permission slip is coming home in daily folders today but you find all the details below too. This field trip is NOT a grade level trip; it is for our classroom only.
We also have a field trip planned for April 16th to Rainforest Cafe and Legoland in Auburn Hills. More information will come home on this trip very soon as we need to get reservations finalized for lunch at Rainforest Cafe. This field trip is for all of second grade and details will be sent home in early February. Chaperones will be needed for this trip too.

Time of Departure/Return: 8:45-11:30am
Designated Supervisor of Activity: Mrs. Kramer
Method of Transportation: Bay City Public Schools Schoolbus ($200)
Eating arrangements: Lunch at school upon return
Student cost: $3.00 for students --(Each student ticket is $6.00 but $3.00 of each ticket will be covered by Tinsel Tree Challenge Winnings to allow a reduced student cost for this trip)
Chaperone cost: $5.00 per chaperone

If you would like your child to participate in this event, please complete, sign and return the following statement of consent and release of liability no later than Monday, February 10, 2020. As parent or legal guardian, you remain fully responsible for any legal responsibility, which may result from any personal actions taken by the named student.

I understand that this event will take place away from the school grounds and that my child will be under the supervision of the designated school employee on the stated date. I further consent to the conditions stated above on participation in this event, including the method of transportation.
