JOY & HOPE

HOPE & JOY are ministries of the church for all children between the ages of 4-12. HOPE & JOY groups meet on the first Sunday of each month, following Sunday School. Children who are unable to attend Sunday School or who come from other parishes are always welcome.

The kids are offered lunch in Demas Hall and then proceed to the Church Sanctuary to work on their projects. We have chosen to use the sanctuary because it is our hope that the children will become more familiar and comfortable in the sacred space with every activity. The sanctuary lends itself to positive questions and many teaching opportunities.
