Materials you need for class

Journal: Each student should have a spiral-bound notebook (1 subject) that can be left in class each day. We will be using these several times a week for writing and notes.

Binder or Folder: Students need a place to keep handouts so that when we need them in class, the handouts are easily accessible. If using a binder, a 1-inch binder should be plenty.

Media: Please always have a pencil or pen each day. While we will be using computers most every day, we also will be writing in journals and completing written assignments on paper. We use lined paper a good bit -- I keep some here if you don't have any!

We use color frequently -- color is like a file folder in the brain. Some students may want their own markers or crayons, or colored pencils/pens -- but I have these materials in the classroom also.

Looking for a wish list? Kleenex, colored paper, post-its, sharpies would all be a welcome treat!
