This is a BLENDED course: part of the work will be through traditional instruction and part of the course will be through CANVAS, ABSS's Learning Management System. With rare exception, students will work in Canvas each day.
Students can access Canvas assignments and submit work at home as well as in class. Each will need his or her Power School Username and password, but can work from any computer with internet access.
There is also a Canvas App (for Iphones, Ipads, and Android) that students can install for access and to sign up for notifications (when grades are entered, feedback, assignment reminders, etc).
(Parents, you will be able to see the Canvas course information, assignments, and due dates; however, only students can access the course to submit work or check grades and feedback on assignments. The grades should merge into Power School this semester, or students can open the course for you to view grades and feedback on assignments)
