Not only are people expected to use ICT most of the time they are in the office, many are now being expected to make use of ICT and work from home.

Textbooks generally only cover ICT and work briefly. However, it can appear on the paper as a discussion question. It is important that you are able

to talk confidently about some of the latest developments and the implications they bring.
