Cadet Training Centre (CTC) Training - IN-PERSON: Courses offered to cadets who have completed their second year of training, or higher, hosted at Cadet Training Centres. Courses range in length from 2-7 weeks and take place at CTC locations across the country.

Technology and Digital Learning Centre (TDLC) - ONLINE: Summer 2025 will continue to leverage digital learning, using the TDLC to deliver e-learning courses to cadets from across the country.
Staff Cadet Opportunities: Staff cadets nominations are now being accepted at Cadet Training Centre (CTC), 13 different CTCs, Digital Internships and eLearning, Technology and Digital Learning Centre. National Cadet Advisory Council (NCAC): In 2025, the NCAC will be hosted by the Commander, Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers Group, over a six-week training period. This group will provide the opportunity for the Commander and senior staff at the headquarters to engage directly with a group of senior cadets from across the country on a variety of cadet program related topics.

In-person CTC Courses: Cadets attending an in-person course will require their Cadet365 Credentials to use the Computer Lab (to access Internet), therefore they also need to connect and complete the Cyber Awareness Course at least 2 weeks before arriving at the CTC.
TDLC (eLearning) Courses: Cadets will require their Cadet365 Credentials - see additional requirements below.
Staff Cadets: All Staff Cadets should have active Cadet365 accounts and complete the Cyber Awareness Course at least 2 weeks before they begin their training.

Dynamic and critical eLearning courses to cadets from across the country through the TDLC. All courses are delivered through a combination of engaging online self-led asynchronous and facilitator-led synchronous activities. Cadets need access to their Cadet365 Accounts this summer for eLearning courses.
Training delivered through the TDLC occurs during weekdays and takes approximately 4 hours per day. Most of the schedule is flexible to allow a strong course/life balance for cadets.
Course eligibility criteria ranges from level 3-5 qualified.

Cadets attending the TLDC require:
Laptop/computer
Stable Internet connection
Webcam and microphone
Active Cadet365 account
Knowledge of Microsoft Teams

Eligibility Criteria
Be 16 years old before the 1st day of employment and not be 19 before the last day of employment.
Have completed your Phase 4/Gold Star/Level 4 by end of training year 2024-2025.
Have a social insurance number and a personal bank account in your name.
