- Went over exemplary student persuasive essays and analyzed the components of an effective persuasive essay
- Received "Pet" essays back------analyzed them and wrote a self-reflection of the quality of our essay and turned it in...(what we did wrong in the essay, what we need to work on, what we consistently keep doing incorrectly in an essay, etc)
- Received Animals in the Renaissance packet and began it in class
