New Client Special - 10 Days of 305
The New Client Special is an unlimited 10-day pass. Clients pay $34 (the price of a single class), and can come as much as they want in 10 days. The 10-day period starts from the date of their first class (not from the purchase date). The NCS cannot be shared.
The New Client Special is only available for a client to purchase if nothing has been purchased on their account (including comps/free classes). There is always a version of all New Client Specials that are only available in the business mode (including 2-for-1, 10 Day, and discounted single class).
NCS FAQs
Can clients still buy the 2-for-1 NCS?
--> We'll keep the 2-for-1 active in the business mode; you are welcome to sell it if a client prefers it over the 10-Day!
How long will we offer the 10 Days of 305 NCS?
--> Not sure! Until further notice. But you can always use that as a selling point ("Don't wait, buy it now!!")
Can clients really take unlimited classes for 10 days?
--> Yep! Most clients will average 1-3 classes over the 10 days, but some you'll see errrrrrry day.
Can they use the 10-Day NCS to take any class?
--> Yep! Clients can use their package for any class you'd be able to book using a single class credit (outdoor, community classes, PWR, etc!)
Can clients share the 10-Day NCS?
--> Nope, it is 1 per person! The only "sharing" is that they can use their 10-Day NCS to book a Bring a Friend class.
Barter: used internally only. For anyone who is paid staff at 305. Users of barter credits can only book 48 hours in advance.
Credit: can be granted in Mariana Tek via the Credit tab. Used for work studies, investors, and anyone else partnering with or performing work for 305.
Fitreserve/ClassPass/Gympass: Third Party service for fitness memberships, nothing to do if you see this type of credit! If clients have questions about a late cancel/no show with these credits, please direct them to reach out to Client Support via the service they used to book.

Limited Class Membership
Clients pay a set amount monthly, for a limited number of credits.

Clients pay a set amount monthly, for an unlimited number of credits.
BOTH Membership Types....
Work on an autopay - meaning the goes through automatically, on the same date every month, and the credits are automatically added to their account.
Have lots of PERKS - see below for full list.
Can start on any date!
Members can take classes at any NYC studio.
Can be frozen/suspended at any time.
Give clients credits that work for any regularly scheduled class (any type of cardio, community class, and PWR).
The only classes that may not be included are special events with a specific ticketed price.
Members have the same 12-hour cancellation window as all clients.
Client CAN use a gift card towards their monthly membership payment. Connect The client with fiversupport@305fitness.com.
All FDMs should be comfortable selling and troubleshooting memberships - YOU GOT THIS!!

What happens if a client wants to take more than 4 or 10 classes/month?
After their 4th/10th class, we charge clients for a discounted single class credit ($24).
Clients will not be allowed to book class unless they have credits in their account, so usually they will make this transaction on their own. If they are having issues booking a class and contact us/come in, let them know they have to purchase single classes at the discounted rate.
What happens if a client late cancels or no shows?
If the client cancels at least 12 hours before the start of class, the credit goes back on their account.
If the client cancels within 12 hours, or no shows for the class, the credit will be deducted from their account.
We can make exceptions for Fivers as needed if they ask.
If the time of the class has passed but is within 2 hours of start time, you will have to mark as No Show rather than selecting Cancel Reservation in Mariana Tek. It will give you the option to do so without penalty.
If it has been more than 2 hours, you can just add an additional credit to the client's account.
What if a client doesn't use all their credits before the end of their month?
Credits will expire after 30 days, and will not roll over to the next month.
FDMs can make exceptions to this as needed.
Guests cannot use their monthly classes for a guest.
Contract length:
Month-to-month: month-to-month, no commitment
4-mo Commitment: 4-month contract. After 4 months the membership will continue month-to-month at the same lower price.

What happens if a client late cancels or no shows?
Members all get 1 free pass a month if they late cancel or no show for a class.
The freebie is by calendar month (IE - you get one in September, one in October, etc).
After the freebie, clients are charged a fee:
$10 for late cancels, $25 for no shows.
These fees are automatically charged 2 hours after the start time of class.
If someone is wrongly charged, you can refund them their No Show fee by going to the Purchases tab in Mariana Tek.
Apparel Discount - 25% off
This will be automatically applied to apparel purchases for members in Mariana Tek.
Monthly Guest Passes
1/month for limited memberships and 2/month for unlimited memberships.
These passes will be added to their account and available for use each month.
Clients can book guests via the 305 Fitness Studio App, or an FDM can process at the desk.
