We use text magic to directly contact clients. We have found that clients are typically more responsive to texts vs emails so feel free to text clients in the following situations (not comprehensive):
Waitlisted client when there is an opening in class outside of the autofill window (2 hrs)
First timer who missed their first class
Additional info for a promotion/sale discussed with client before/after class
Lost item found
Response to a voicemail if urgent
