Lights Turn On How To:

• Turn lightboard on by pressing on switch marked by the pink tape (top right)

• Turn computer on

  • Password: 305fitness

• Double click on grandMA icon on desktop

• Click through default selections of any pop-up messages

• Click to Screen 2 CMD on right column

• Click on Walk-In on the list in the center right screen

• Press Go + on the lightboard

• Press Pause on the lightboard to Pause so that instructor can start at the beginning of class

Common Troubleshooting:

• Exit out of grandMA and start it up again

• Turn lightboard off and on

• Turn on "Always Leave On" switch in studio

• See flickering light troubleshooting below

Music Turn On How To:

• Turn Mixer on by pressing on Power Switch marked by the symbol (top left)

• Connect the aux cord to the laptop

• Ensure that the switch above the audio port that is connected from the mixer is switched to LINE

• Turn master volume switch to 75% (top right knob)

• Control volume of the mix by using the sliders at the bottom center of the mixer

• Move the corresponding slider to the audio port connected to the computer to adjust volume

• Also note that the volume from the computer should be increased all the way

Common Troubleshooting:

• Try these first:

  • Turn mixer on and off

  • Turn computer volume up

  • Try a different computer

  • Are amps on?

• Check computer connection:

  • Ensure audio port is connected where you think it is

  • Make sure audio is switched from USB to LINE

  • Move the aux cable to the other audio port

  • There are 4 audio ports within each numbered section of the mixer; ensure that audio ports connecting to the mixer are on the Line column if the audio switch is on Line

• Ensure the knobs controlling effects are set correctly:

  • Make sure all of the A THRU B switches at the bottom of the mixer are switched to THRU (middle)

  • Make sure all of the middle section knobs are all at 12 o'clock (TRIM, HI, MID, LOW)

  • Make sure all of the silver knobs in the row below the middle section knobs are at 12 o'clock

• Still not working?

  • If in Collins, use the audio jack on the small table in the front left of the room

  • If in Ocean and have less than 20 people, move to Collins if the sound in there is working

• Turn work lights on so you are not in the dark

  • Never touch the other light switch

• Slide the two sliders on the middle left all the way down

• Close out of all grandMA program pages and select "Do Not Save" when prompted

• Turn lightboard off by pressing on switch marked by the pink tape (top right)

• Close computer

• Cover lightboard with towel

• Turn worklights off when you are finished closing out lights and music

Music Turn Off How To:

• Unplug all computers and return computers to designated locker

• Turn Mixer off by pressing on Power Switch marked by the symbol (top left)

• Cover mixer with plastic cover

• Turn worklights off when you are finished with closing out lights and music
