Supply Inventory & Orders

pwr SETUP

Run down and flip on the show lights at the beginning of your shift to make sure things are charging!

Please set up PWR when you first get in so everything is ready to go for the instructor!

An FYI! The "SHOW LIGHTS" switch (pink tape in DJ booth) ALSO controls the power switch the TV/timer etc. is attached too. The ipad/laptop, TV and timer will NOT be on unless the show-light switch is turned on.

MICS

FDMs - Collins mics stay downstairs in the studio DJ booth. When the instructor brings it up after class they will wipe them down per usual. Bring the mic back to Collins and place them in the DJ booth.

Note: Mics are NOT interchangeable between Ocean and Collins so keep'em separated.

LIGHTS

FDMs - Prep the light show as usual opening onto screen 2. The lightshow is label "PWR GO". Hit "GO" ON THE SCREEN (not on the lightboard) to set it to "walk-in" lights.

INSTRUCTORS - hit the tiny go button on the screen one time to start the show!

MUSIC (IPAD)

FDMs - We have an iPad in a pink case labeled "PWR iPad" downstairs on the black cabinet in the corner underneath the TV monitor. If it ends up upstairs please just bring it back down and make sure it's plugged in and charging.

LAPTOP

We have an ASUS laptop that the instructors plug into the TV to show the circuit on the TV. This will also live on the black cabinet plugged in and charging. Please turn on the TV using the remote. Sign into the laptop and make sure it's feeding the screen to the TV.

EQUIPMENT

FDMs - Check the roster and put out a mat for each client. Make sure they are spaced so people can stand to the side of the mat AND so the instructor has space to walk through. We WILL put down tape to mark where mats go!

Note: Clients will handle their own weights/bands equipment.
