Supported Devices, and troubleshooting:
Fandango.com Usage (using the website, making a purchase, finding TH information, and other tasks that can be completed within the Fandango website).
Computer browsers:
Clearing cookies and cache within the browser, and opening a private window (incognito in Google Chrome) to rule out any ad blockers, or software that might prevent something from working properly.
Advising customers to update their browsers, or attempt using another browser.
For seating charts, we can ask the customer if they have any ad blockers, or anti virus software that could prevent the page from loading.
Fandango App:
Checking app version (Account > Version & Legal info)
Uninstalling and reinstalling the app (iOS or Android)
Requesting the customer to update their app, or device operating system (we do not assist with the process of updating the device itself).
Requesting the customer to attempt using a mobile browser in place of the app to see if the issue is coming from the app itself.
Outside of Support:
Any other questions regarding printers, computer peripherals, or other details can be found from the device manufacturer. We do not support intricate tech support inquiries.
