Agent receives a 911 distress call from a Customer
o Fully documents what occurred in the incident
Agent warm transfers call to a TL/Supervisor/Manager on duty
TL/Supervisor/Manager on duty instructs the Customer to contact Emergency Services
o Customer is unable?
If Customer is unable, TL/Supervisor/Manager attempts to obtain details – Obtains details
o If details obtained – Contact local emergency on behalf of Customer
o If unable to obtain details - Send to the following distros:
