The Fandango VIP+ Rewards Loyalty program was developed to increase Customer engagement. Through the process of offering rewards, Fandango hopes to introduce Customers to other lines of business, insight a surge in ticket sales and motivate Customers and potential Customers to open VIP accounts. The Call Centers responsibility is to make this process; Friendly, Helpful and FUN! The Call Center is accountable for fully understanding the details of how this program works, be capable of seamlessly supporting customers and escalate any and all issues that negatively impact the Customers experience.
