Beginning MID-DECEMBER [NEW OPENING!], high school seniors (and any prospective college students) may begin completing the FAFSA (Free Application Federal Student Aid). You will need your 2023 tax information. Visit https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa to complete your form. Remember, you should NEVER pay to complete the FAFSA (it's FREE to complete).Â

Submit the FAFSA.
A Student Aid Report (SAR) will be sent to you from the U.S. Department of Education. You can also access this document by logging into your FAFSA account 24-48 hours after you submit the application.
The school(s) you apply to will use the SAR to determine your financial need.
You should receive a financial aid award letter from the school(s) you applied to.
You must accept or decline the financial aid awarded by your school.
If you are receiving loans, you must complete separate documentation.
