During CAP conferences in early March, students and parents meet with the student’s advisor to finalize course requests and we create our master schedule based on those requests. Because course sections are set at that time, we cannot accommodate movement among students from one course to another. There is a schedule change document that will be available to students in early August (for a period of 5 days) for fall classes (after the schedule pick-up) and in early December (for a period of 5 days) for spring classes. Students may request a change; however, no changes will be made unless there are extenuating circumstances that meet our specified criteria.
