Oral stories were were Grade 8 dramas introduction to story. Students used a story from their childhood to learn about the value of sharing oral stories. Students performed these stories in a solo narrative style that really challenged and encouraged students to find their personal voice.

The following videos were used as examples of oral stories. Students completed listening activities while watching to measure their ability to analyze performances.
