Zvezdara Forest Hopenhagen

On 12th December on the corner of Bulevar kralja Aleksandra and Batutova street, citizen initiative "Protect Zvezdara Forest" has organized petition signing, informing citizens about forest benefits and human rights guaranteed by Aarhus convention. This event was supported by students of ecology, biology and architecture. Also representatives of hip-hop group "Beogradski sindikat" was among us fighting to protect Zvezdara forest.Students of ecology and biology expressed their concerns about destruction of Zvezdara forest that is planned and pointed out to environmental and health issues that denounce such an act as a foolish one.
