1) Let prosperous humans think that the homeless are just Lazy!

2) Let healthy humans think that the homeless became homeless because they are drunks and drug addicts.

3) Make sure to discourage financial gifts to homeless people by telling the potential giver that the homeless person will probably just buy some cheap wine.

4) Insure that nations as a whole forget and ignore the homelessness issue.
