1) Convince the world that one currency is needed.

2) Fluctuate the value of that currency with rapid INFLATION and deflation to destroy personal wealth especially of those that don't own things of real value like gold and silver or jewels or land.

3) Where at all possible let corrupted governments over tax the poor and middle class and under tax the rich. (Born free and taxed to death logic)

4) Create tension amongst the workers by generally allow males to earn more than females.

5) Let unions of workers to be formed to bring safety to the workers but create rivalry between management and the union to decrease productivity.

6) In industrialized countries, like the USA, start slowly outsourcing the manufacturing to slave paying countries like China. Then let the government of China with it's new found wealth purchase ownership of the USA through bonds and other means.
