You will normally have your reports within two working days
Not right away because I am in most cases in another time zone than you and as I am normally checking mail and sending reports only once daily on workdays.
Non Copy-Edit yet
The reports, nor these internet pages, haven't yet been copy-edited, checked for grammar and consistency issues, because I am still adding a line now and then.
If you care to point out some errors I will of course be very grateful.
I hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase, but since it is non-tangible irrevocable goods, no returns are possible, and no refunds are available.
However, should you feel that any product is not as described please let me know and I will try to provide additional information.

with attached Microsoft Word documents. Total some 3 MB.

No Refunds
Mails do get lost
Some time ago I had problems with G-mail. Although I had sent the reports to customers, and the mail also showed up in my "Sent Mail Box", they reported not getting their reports.
So if you haven't heard from me within some three days please let me know.
Layout or display problems
When I viewed my pages on another computer than where I edit, some tables did not stretch to the far right. I am not sure who to blame - maybe the on the whole excellent Google Sites, display settings.... I am using Firefox when editing.
