Spotted Rail - Victoria Co., October 18, 2015. One at Victoria, Victoria on 17 October 2015 (2015-69; TPRF 3335). This bird was brought into sub-permitted wildlife rehabber, Toya Stone, where it was identified, measured, photographed, and then released October 18, when it was determined to be healthy. All images and video are of the same bird.
