During its evolution, the technical systems tends to improve the ratio between the system performance and the expenses required to perform this performance
Main directions:
1- Improvement of the system performance without additionnal expenditures
2- Decreasing the expenditures without performance decreasing
3- Transition to the supersystem.
This law is always true.
It is a perpetual design direction. It must be considered as a concept, an ultimate goal.
