Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting was presented virtually (via Zoom) and was free to attend.

We welcome the participation of all physics and astronomy teachers, students, and anyone interested in physics and physics education. This fall, our meeting highlights will include invited speakers, contributed talks and workshops, and the work and accomplishments of our amazing students.

December 11, 2021 marks the 100th anniversary of the founding of the ΣΠΣ national physics honor society at Davidson College. In celebration of the centennial, we invite students and SPS chapters from Zone 5 (North and South Carolina) to join us at our fall meeting.

Poster Presentations

Authors have submitted short video introductions to their projects and a PDF of their poster. Posters can be viewed on this site either by clicking the links below or navigating to the Poster Session page. A live Q&A session will be held via Zoom from 2:00- 3:00 pm during our meeting. All authors will be in the breakout rooms listed in the program and on their poster websites during this time.
