To live with us one both submits an application and signs our member agreement.

Reading responses in google's new version is tricky so it may help to tell us to look.  We don't immediately see updates in Google forms, so be pacient for a few hours.  Our Articles of Incorporation state that perspective Members must Apply to our Board of Directors to Join MSC. This fulfills that requirement.

Most Houses insist that applicants visit, or contact them to discuss house expectations before agreeing to share with someone.

   We are sharing our home, not just renting out apartments. 

   Email that merely asks if a room is available might not receive a reply.

   An email will respond to each sincere application submitted regarding how to proceed. Response is not automated, so it may take a few days for a volunteer to get to it if we have no current openings.  We try to distribute these responsibilities among houses.

  3  Get Signed Legal Documents and Payments to Management

  4  Get Management Approval

A detailed application procedure accommodates special situations and explains decision process.

Documents modified for shorter lease terms, and sublets can be offered, but they are all the same Membership agreement.
