CG Art

Here you can see my preliminary forays into the world of Computer-Generated Art...which didn't really last that long at all. This was way back before I really had any clue what I was doing at all, so don't be surprised at the rather shoddy quality. Unfortunately I never really took this anywhere interesting, but it's okay because I later ended up finding more of a true passion in Pixel Art.

12/23/03 - Kirby with Broom

12/28/03 - Kirby

At this point I was still trying to figure out how the hell to do art on my computer. After I finished these two pictures I still didn't know what I was doing. I wasn't even using Photoshop here.

10/28/05 - Plasma

I followed some Photoshop tutorial on the web and came up with this nifty effect. Now I don't remember how to do it at all. Yay...

10/28/05 - Random

More Photoshop effects, but this time I think I was just messing around by myself with cloud rendering and...wavy stuff.

6/9/06 - Kirby

Finally I know what I'm doing! Granted, it doesn't really look all that great, but hey, this is cool!

6/13/06 - Ikkitikkilikki

Sketch

Finished

This one was really impressive to me because I did the whole thing from scratch--the drawing is an original sketch that I drew (my first ever real original sketch, probably), and then I processed and colored everything. So while the sketch wasn't fantastic, and the coloring isn't amazing (because...I'm not good at any of this), the fact that I actually went through all of the steps is pretty cool. And yes, her name is Ikkitikkilikki--she's supposed to be my hair goddess. (see The Wrath of Love Sauce)
