This on-again, off-again, project has been in the design and construction process for several years. It gets restarted every few months when I come upon interesting circuits that can be built in modular fashion and applied to this project. Documenting my effort on this web page is yet another part of the receiver development process.

AUDIO POWER AMPLIFIER: While LM386 AF amplifiers are popular for QRP equipment, I am intererested in having a bit more robust audio output. Since I have several LM380 amplifier chips in the junk box, this will become the audio output stage.
