Bio

I have been developing software professionally since 1984. The first code I ever wrote was a test.

I first got involved with agile through the comp.object newsgroup. Special appreciation to Ron Jeffries for many thoughtful answers.

Over the last 10 years I have worked on agile teams and helped grow agile practices within organizations.

My current role is Practice Leader, Agile at Shaw Communications Inc in Calgary.
