Guillermina L. Maso

Background

Having worked in software development for 4 years and in business analysis for 3 years, I'm part of those who want to continiously reinvent themselves using technology to be competitive. I have experience working in Agile teams both in Argentina and in the USA, I have proofs of what is the new development way.

In recent years, I realized that I don't need to code or to write long specification documents to be involve in IT development. That's when I started to read and learn about Agile, UX and gamification. Besides that, I understood how we can help client's better working together with them on a common cause using agile.

My personal goal is to become scrum master and share my experience with others, while keep learning and changing the way I work.
