Anna, a developer

From the Intended Audience page:

Anna, a developer, wants to improve her agile skills; she doesn't know where to go next.

Here are Anna's current questions:

- I'm doing TDD (Red/Green/Refactor) but it's hard to know what tests to write, so I feel inefficient.

- I refactor on Green, but my pair notices way more opportunities to improve our design than I do. I don't know how she does it!

- I know I'm not supposed to write Unit tests that hit against resources, but I don't know how to start mocking.

- My estimates are all over the place. I don't want people to think I'm being lazy and I don't want to keep going to the scrum master and reporting that my estimate is too small.

- Sometimes when I'm on a story, I can go to standup several days in a row and day: "I made progress on Fizz as a prerequisite for Buzz. I'm going to work on Fizz again today."

- Sometimes I demo a feature that I worked on and the customer tells me it is way different than what they wanted.

The questions probably need to go on separate sub-pages.
