For a three-dimensional design: (3d printing)
some fictional characters inspired me and affect the positive such as groot in the movie (Guardians of Galaxy) which was a symbol of sacrifice and love for his special friends, and what inspired this design specifically is an additional benefit for fun so I chose a place to put pens in the form of a fictional character

I love Quotes with positive meaning and I like to keep such things to remind me in difficult moments that there is always light at the end of the tunnel, so I chose to use this technique to make a painting with a special sentence that I remember and smile whenever I feel sad

1- searched for something i wanted to make in cad library ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2143549 )
2- download it (stl format)
3- download cura and choose the kind of 3d printing
how i use cura to prepare the design for printing
4- import file from desktop to Ultimaker Cura
5-Adjust the appropriate settings for printing in the lowest quantity of filament while saving time and obtaining the best result ( without support + with layer thickness 0,3mm )
6-save file (G-code) and rename with it to finding by the easiest way (babygroot_PLA_white_.3mm_14g_1h9m)
7-export the gcode of the file to card

I was confused that I had one order for scanning or two orders in rdworks to make a layer distinct from the other, Yassin El-Feki and moma helped me in this by making it a single scan and doing a simulation order to confirm the method of excavation
Final Project
How can you use the skills and knowledge that you've acquired this week in your final project?

I learned how to search for designs ready for fabrication
how to modify them at cam software
I also learned how to use the CAM software (rdworks)
how to use digital fabrication machine (laser cutter)
I also learned the importance of time and adjusting settings to save time and material as much as possible.
And I learned the skill of cutting and sculpting with different gradations in two-dimensional designs.

I learned how to include a ready-made 3D design in my library,
as well as how to use the Cam Cura program,
as well as how to adjust the settings and control the supports, the installation floor and the thickness of the layer to save time and material and get a distinctive shape at the same time.

What is the coolest thing that you've learned this week? What is something that you will never forget from this week?
One of the most interesting things I have known is to work manually on machines, know cool techniques,know new skills and produce the first work, which is 3d printing (arlu) ,2d painting ( super mario) we use with it different kinds of engraving with cut by different speed and power
