Setting Up Your Audio
Before joining a meeting, make sure your headset has been set to the be the default playback and recording device on your Windows or Mac OS personal computer.
1. Join the meeting and click Meeting
2. Then click Audio Setup Wizard...
3. The Audio Setup Wizard will now launch, please follow every step to properly configure your audio.
4. When you see this screen, your audio is configured and optimized.
