Managing Pods

Adobe Connect has three pod layouts available by default. You can also alter these layouts to suit your needs.

1. To change the layout, join your meeting, click Layouts and choose a layout

2. To add more Pods, click on Pods

3. Here is a list of all the pods available to you

4. Under Share, you can see that there are two pods available that you can use, Share and Share - Whiteboard. You can add a new share pod by clicking Add New Share. Most pods function in this manner.

5. To hid a pod, click on Pod Options button and click on Hide
