Educational and Training Voucher (ETV)

Program for Former/Present Foster Care Youth

The Educational and Training Voucher (ETV) Program offers financial assistance to current and former foster youth to help them attend colleges, universities or vocational training programs. Students may receive up to $5,000 per academic year to help pay for tuition, fees, books, room and board, rent and other school-related expenses not covered by financial aid.

Western Washington University

Multicultural Achievement Program (MAP) Scholarship

Scholarships range from $500 to $2,000 and are available to incoming freshmen and transfer students who have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to multiculturalism and/or diversity.See Mrs. Long for more information.

Inland Northwest Community Foundation

Inland Northwest Community Foundation manages the distribution of grants totaling more than $4 million annually to help create vibrant, successful communities. These grants are awarded through a combination of competitive programs and donor recommendations.

University of Washington Undergraduate Admissions

The Husky Promise guarantees that full tuition will be covered by grant or scholarship support if you are a low- or lower middle-income student and a Washington resident. These grants and scholarships do not have to be repaid. If you qualify for the Husky Promise you can be assured that if tuition increases, the University of Washington has you covered.

For students with confirmed financial hardship, the University of Washington is happy to provide a waiver of the $50 application fee. For more information visit us in the Career Center.
