What makes a person great?

I believe that greatness always involves overcoming impossible obstacles. I agree with shift that there are 3 types: "silent, damned, and exalted." Most great people fall into the silent category, to be remembered only in deed not in name. Celebrities who give to charity with no effort and impure motivation can never be great.

Sizing clips on hangers

 I believe those sizing clips are evil (casual definition not serious definition)! Impossible to remove yet they fall off everywhere and make a mess. Half the time they don't match the garment size anyhow, so why bother having them? I need a tool to remove them.
