This page provides access to example compounds with fully reprocessed and annotated spectra along with their data listings. These are provided as examples for how to suitably present and report compounds within a publication, report or thesis. You can find many examples of compounds to practice your reprocessing abilities in the 'Sample Data' folder in the teaching labs data store.
Please note that presentation and data listings vary by journal or discipline requirements. You should examine the author guidelines or discipline expectations and adjust your presentation and reporting appropriately. There is no one 'correct' way to present data, and these examples merely serve as an example of how data for compounds could be presented.
In addition to the examples above, you may also find additional examples of compounds which have been reprocessed and presented as part of ROUTE practicals.
