Registering for entry into the CCCHS IB Programme

Pre -IB Application opens on December 1st, 2023 at 8:00 am 

STEP 1: Apply to the Programme via the IB Admissions Application 2023  with all supporting documentation: DUE Thursday December 14th, 2023 by the end of the school day. 

STEP 2: IB Admissions Fee of $25 is payable via School Day by December 14th (Please use the following instructions)

STEP 3: Successful applicants will be notified via email on December 22nd about completing the registration process for entry into CCCHS 

If you receive notification that your child may begin the IB Pre-Diploma Programme in September 2024, proceed to Step 4 & 5. 

STEP 4: Ensure that you complete the YCDSB REGISTRATION. Instructions for this process will be provided with your IB acceptance notification.

STEP 6: Complete the package that is sent to you after January 9th- Course Selection, Student Activity Fee ($50.00) + IB Programme Fees ($150.00), Locker Fee, Muskoka Woods Information.

*** Please note that applications will not be assessed without payment. 

Candidates will be evaluated based on their report card marks. All candidates will be informed of their application status on a future date. 

Application Process for Grade 9 students wishing to enroll in the CCCHS Grade 10 Pre-IB Programme

Current Cardinal Carter CHS Grade 9 students wishing to apply to the Grade 10 Pre-IB Programme are to contact the IB Coordinator.

Grade 9 students that are not from Cardinal Carter CHS please complete this form which will open in December.
