Purpose:
To learn about the career of a visual effects artist;
To learn how mythology inspires a variety of designs;
To use Photoshop tools to alter and morph animals in a number of ways that build upon basic skills.
Some ways that I used to make my work look professional are the select tools, clone stamp tool. I used the quick select tools to select most of the animals in the image. Then I used the quick mask tool to clean up and only select the animal. This helped make the image look professional because it makes it so you only take the animal and nothing else. I used the clone stamp tool to merge the two animals in such a way that there isn’t a hard line. I did this so that it doesn’t look like I just copy and pasted an animal on top of another animal.
