Drawing in Space

Purpose of this Assignment : To understand how a line can be used to create a three-dimensional form

To create a sculpture that considers balance and repetition, variety and emphasis

To learn about sculpture artists and where they find their inspiration

Reflection Work: I started playing with the reed and making a bunch of different sculptures. I then made 3 and took pictures of them. I then chose the best one that fit the rubric. I then glued the connections and paper clipped them. After that I used glue and paper to make my emphasis. I then took a picture of it. Every single loop is a different shape and size. I have small loops and big loops. That it is very hard to come up with a design and craft it but in the end it looks cool. I also studied the artist Mia Pearlman.
