I believe that I achieved all of my goals for the semester.  Using skills and techniques we learned in class, such as leading lines, made the photos I took on vacation much better.  I was also very motivated to take photos while in Florida, and they helped me remember how much fun I had on the trip.  I recently got a digital camera for my birthday, which I will take with me when I go to California this summer.  I am excited to continue taking pictures and learning more about photography!     

I am inspired to take photos when I am in a place that is really special to me, like the lake house we rent every summer.  I also like taking photos of my friends and family because they are important to me.  I love taking photos on vacation because I can look back and remember all of the places I've been and the things I've done.  I have great photos from our trip to Everglades National Park and our road trip in the Keys.  I am taking photography because I want to get better at taking photos so I can remember all of the amazing things I get to do, like going to California this summer.  I want to improve the quality of my photos and be able to take great pictures.
