Adult Consent Process
All adults who appear in classroom videos must give permission for the use of videos in which they appear.
While classroom teachers give permission through the Teacher Consent Form, other adults who spend time in the classroom (for example, paraprofessionals, student teachers, etc.) should complete the Adult Video Permission Form on paper.
Please return completed Adult Video Permission Forms to us by using the Genius Scan and Upload apps. (Refer to the Recording, Scanning, and Upload Instructions document provided on the Technology Info & Instructions page.)
